This outfit is similar to a sailor costume. It consists of a black lycra crop top with a silver metallic foil applied. It has white puff sleeves with black lycra edging.
High waisted nix are included and the outfit is completed with a separate American sailor collar.
The collar is separate and will need to be tacked onto the shoulders to complete the sailor look. The great advantage of this outfit is that the collar can be easily removed to create an entirely different crop top.
